January 28, 2021 – Canada says you should wear “three layer masks”, or N95s, even outdoors . One of “top aerosol scientists in the world” says cloth masks basically do not work (may 1/2 million virus particles instead of 1 million!) – and the experts say you should wear N95s even outdoors.

The White House, Austria and Germany announce that cloth masks are no longer acceptable and mandate N95s (or FP2 equivalent in EU) for everyone. France asks everyone to discontinue using cloth masks and switch to medical-grade masks only. The NBA bans cloth masks for staff and coaches and mandates N95s. They all agree that cloth masks did not work.
