“Experts” have no idea what they are doing as they propose a global, population wide medical experiment whose results are known in advance – high probability of serious health problems from vitamin B-12 deficiency for many.
A vitamin B-12 deficiency is a very serious medical condition, not to be taken lightly.
How much B-12 an individual needs is not even understood – with the U.S. saying 2.4 mcg per day and other countries saying 7-10 mcg per day. But some individuals have differing needs due to their reduced ability to absorb B-12 from meat (the only reasonable source of natural B-12). The other option is to take manufactured B-12 supplements each day, or week, or for some, to have weekly injections of B-12 (because they cannot absorb B-12 through their intestinal tract).
