An earlier retirement occurs even for those who expected to work to age 65 or beyond – why? Many possible reasons.

  • Reconsidering priorities in life

Regarding the latter, many redefined their outlooks and priorities after the Covid debacle halted life for some time. They have decided that having a life is now a priority, including walking away from jobs that were not satisfying, especially if they could afford to do so.
