I asked Microsoft Copilot to create a photo of a young airline pilot. I then asked it do that again, and again. These are the results, in the order they appeared. Note all women for the first several iterations.
In the next photo, the imager generator got a bit carried away with stripes on the sleeve.
I ran this test a month ago with similar results.
