The demographic curves strongly suggest that the looming labor shortage will provide today’s Gen Z will have among the greatest work opportunities in the U.S. in the past 70 years or more. At least for those who seize the opportunities. Spending time on TikTok claiming it’s the worst time ever is probably not strategy to achieve future success.
