I walked into our local small town ER complaining of intense fatigue and possibly having passed out for 2-3 minutes. I was immediately triaged, rush into the ER where a rapid response team came flying in, tons of testing and imaging completed, on a medevac helicopter 30 minutes after I walked in, flown to a regional medical center where a cath team was waiting for me. Maybe 40 minutes from walking in to having a guide wire running up my arm.

So grateful to the incredible team of people from my wife (retired RN) who initiated this, to the local ER, to Airlink, to the regional medical center interventional cardiology team.

They rock. I can’t believe all these people were there so I could survive. Thank you!
