The problem for public health is they massively oversold the Covid-19 vaccine, telling us it prevented you from getting sick and stopped transmission to others – neither of which was true. The effect is that many people have now lost faith in vaccines – and the credibility of public health has collapsed.

I had measles and mumps in 1963, before the vaccine was available. I also had chicken pox.
The only vaccines given then were smallpox and polio, and I had both of those vaccines.
In 2019, I reviewed my vaccination history with my doctor and it was decided I should “catch up” on recommended vaccines for adults.
From December 2019 onward I had:
- Shingles vaccine (2x)
- Hepatitis A-B (3x, also had non A/non B/non C hepatitis)
- Pneumonia
- MMR (titer test proved I’d had MM but not rubella) (1x)
- 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 – influenza vaccine (4x)
- 2021, 2022 – Covid-19 (3x) – and have since had Covid in June 2022 and August 2024.
- 2024 – tetanus booster
- 2024 – RSV (pending)
That’s 15 vaccination shots.
