- Should add more fiber to foods
- Should put probiotics in foods
- Must eliminate animal proteins and switch to “alternative proteins”
- End cow-based dairy products and replace with manufactured substitutes
- Use AI to create customized diets for each individual (the AI knows you best) – this seems problematic on multiple levels.
Also need to eliminate all use of fossil fuels in agriculture. How we power a combine for 18 hours straight without multi-hour recharging sessions is unexplained. How pivots and wells in fields without electrical service will be powered is unexplained.
The author is a global elitist, having studied in Brazil, France, and at the ISE Business School (probably in Brazil but could be elsewhere), works for the WEF and Accenture. Did an internship in France. Speaks Spanish, French, English and Portuguese which almost always means study or living abroad involved. The point being, she’s done a fair amount of global travel too – which the rest of us must not do, because climate. Only the elite should be permitted to travel. We are headed into a very dystopian future of the elite versus everyone else.
