They want to switch to a newer kind of inhaler – that when I priced them in 2019, costs 10x to 15x more per inhaler. Which means people will end up dying because they cannot afford their eco-friendly inhaler.

October 2025: We are back to this nonsense – Climate pollution from inhalers has the impact of half a million cars per year, study finds | CNN. The study has the same problem as other studies – it makes assumptions about inhaler usage – I have an inhaler, for example, and over the course of years, perhaps 10-20% of its “puffs” have been used – nowhere near the 100% usage scenarios in these studies.
