Wow! Having just replaced a battery in a 2015 Macbook Pro (a pain), this is refreshing!

Microsoft’s battery is easy to replace, has a QR code that if you scan, takes you to Microsoft web site to get repair instructions. This is greatly improved, from earlier products and way better than my recent experience with my Apple Macbook Pro.
