Regarding getting additional “booster” shots, the 4th booster shot had no effect on reducing death rates in Austria. The 4th booster reduced infections somewhat during the 3 months after receiving the booster but beyond 3 months, those with a 4th booster were more likely to have a Covid infection than those who did not get a booster.
The inaccurate cheerleading led many to no longer believe public health officials. This was a communications/public relations disaster.
