But the approach of immigration comes with other problems:

Canada is perhaps the only country using immigration so aggressively and mostly successfully to import young people. Keep in mind there are not enough skilled young people available and willing to immigrate to other countries and this solution is more of a temporary solution that will work for some countries, but not others.
