He notes that charging is a problem, sometimes because the chargers are all in use, or that he could not charge at his hotel, and that at one charging station, he had to use a slower charger, taking 40 minutes to reach 40% of battery charge capacity.

In all seriousness, “hats off” for his openness, transparency and interactions with those along his trip and on social media – impressive. He’s learning from a “Feet on the ground” perspective and that will be good for customers and for Ford. The charging experience needs to be improved, and surely, it will be improved.
