Weird. Everyone has been predicting a recession for the past two years – some even predicting a crippling downturn. But now it looks like it might just be yet another expert forecast blunder:
The International Monetary Fund on Tuesday raised its growth forecast for the global economy, turning slightly more positive despite slowing momentum from China.
