The company was bought up in 2017 and is now part of Instant Brands that includes also Pyrex, Chicago Cutlery and CorningWare brands. And they are bankrupt.
When you have that sort of brand recognition, and brands going back 108 years and you run the company into the ground – there is something seriously wrong.
