Glassdoor is a website where employees (current and former) rate their employer. Employers have figured out how to rig the reviews.
This is somewhat akin to TripAdvisor.com which was caught a few years back, deleting negative reviews of hotels and resorts, including where guests had posted provably correct information – especially about crimes on vacation properties.
Similarly, Amazon reviews are loaded with fake reviews – both positive and negative.
Unfortunately, online reviews become difficult to interpret due to widespread review fraud.
