There were a few states that had high numbers of pediatric patients (many or most of which were, as later reported, incidental cases of Covid caught because all patients in the hospital for other reasons were tested). I am not aware that we ran out of pediatric hospital beds, but perhaps that occurred somewhere.
The original projection, above, appears to have been mostly incorrect.
