Public health remains stuck in the dark ages, about 200 years ago.

As of October 12, 2012, Oregon Health Authority still asks the public to wear “cloth face coverings”

We encourage Oregonians to continue conserving medical-grade masks for the medical professionals who need them most. Cloth face coverings are effective for most non-medical uses, and they’re reusable and washable.

This despite that countries (Austria), states (Bavaria), organizations (White House, NBA), and several international airlines have prohibited the use of cloth masks – as much as 10 months ago – and mandate use of N95 or FP2 masks.

This is because cloth face masks stop the spread of Covid – as this data chart shows. Or something.
