Florida reported far fewer coronavirus cases in the week ending Sunday [Feb 14], adding 49,390 new cases. That’s down 12.7% from the previous week’s toll of 56,606 new cases of the virus that causes COVID-19.

Will want to wait one more week so as to capture the full 14 day period after the Superbowl.

Many “experts” and pundits said that the Superbowl events would lead to a new “surge upon surge” in cases.

UPDATE MARCH 9, 2021

I cannot think of a single instance of predicted superspreader events where the data subsequently showed an increase in cases. It is as if 100% of the epi-astrologists fear mongering predictions have been incorrect. A perfect track record of being wrong.
