Created this after someone on X repeatedly claimed that home prices have risen by 10x since 10 years ago.
According to the Federal Reserve, median home prices have appreciated by about 43% over the past 10 years, not 900% as the post claimed (and some even reiterated that the only homes not appreciating by 10x in ten years were derelict, high crime, rural homes …. piling on to the nonsensical claim).
