Oxford University claims risks and issues with statin medications are over stated.
7 months later I am still working to heal from a tendon tear now thought to be caused by use of statins. Before that I experienced severe muscle and joint pain, shoulder and neck muscle lock ups, muscle cramps and “trigger finger”. I was taken off statins and the problems went away. I was then put back on statins at half dose and the problems returned. I was then taken off statins for a bit, then put on a different statin. A new set of problems returned.
My life became a living hell of pain and immobility after being started on statins. These “experts” who deny our reality can go to hell.
