About 6-7% of retirees unretire in each six month window. This is not news.

About 0.7 to 1.3% of Americans have retired abroad, and half of those already had dual citizenship, right of descent or family ancestry ties, or already lived abroad at time of retirement, and chose to retire where they owned their home and made their life for many years.
