In Europe, all commercial truck drivers must be proficient in the country’s primary language (e.g. French in Franch, German in Germany, Norwegian in Norway, and so on).
The U.S., however, offers CDL exams in multiple languages, and grants licenses to illegal aliens. Many states have no requirement to read or speak English.
