Windows 11 25H2 does not recognize my DisplayPort connected monitor. It only recognizes HDMI connected monitors. I found reports from others that encountered this problem. I was able to switch to a different cable/port and get the monitor working.

Microsoft Edge has its own problems, now repeated on 3 computers. After Edge updates, it no longer works with your “Primary Password” or master password used to protect access to your saved automatic logins. You need to sign out of your Profile account, delete the Profile account, then sign back in and sync from the cloud. That will restore your account login credentials. However, any other settings you had in extensions are all lost and you have to re-enter those manually.

What happens: After Edge updates to the latest version, it no longer recognizes your original Primary Password. All you can do is delete your Profile and start over again.

I’ve had to turn off the Primary Password feature to avoid this happening again. It’s now happened on 3 PCs.

You may have heard about 25H2 having the Windows Recall “feature” which saves periodic screen snapshot. No one can envision why you want this feature – and its potential security vulnerabilities. However, the feature is only implemented for Copilot+ PC systems. If you are running older hardware, Recall is not on the system, apparently.
