They spent decades telling us to eat high fiber breakfast cereals and fruit juices like orange juice and now that advice is wrong – because carbohydrates are bad which they told us to eat previously, to avoid eating fats. And almost all cereals, even ones you would not suspect, like All Bran, are packed with sugar.
Nutrition scientists have no idea what they did in the past, no idea what they are doing today. Their advice flip flops every few years. Why should we believe they have it right this time?
