As noted here previously, Cristopher Gardner’s Nutrition Science research group at Stanford combines nutrition, climate goals, animal abuse and human labor issues into nutrition science. Thus, we must ban eating meat, ban pet dogs and cats (they eat 20-30% of the meat), and take into consideration labor in terms of how to eat “healthy”. Kind of hard to thread a needle through that mess and come up with an actual nutrition recommendation that is based on, like, nutritional needs of individuals.
