Thanks to Trump’s 100% tariffs on all foreign made content: Trump announces 100% tariff on foreign-made movies | CNN Business

I guess this means I won’t be able to watch Netflix movies, filmed in Norwegian, in Norway, for the Scandinavian market because the US isn’t producing movies in Norwegian?

I use the movies as part of learning the Norwegian language – it is unclear what Netflix will do. Stop showing internationally made films? Charge a doubled monthly subscription fee to watch international content?

FYI The movie theater business is dead and dying and has nothing to do with foreign made films. Consumers would rather watch movies on their big screen TVs, at home, without paying dozens of dollars for tickets and overpriced snacks. The movie industry that once was – is gone – forever.
