Their AI will take into account your past booking history and current seat demand and start offering different prices to every air traveler, based on Delta’s ability to determine how much you might pay. This does not sound – at this point – to be customer friendly method of pricing. Delta had been our preferred airline but if we feel they are trying to screw us, that will quickly change.
