An online search finds many papers or stories about tilt-rotor drones – however, I was unable to find his specific paper: Next-Generation VTOL Drones: A Breakthrough in Tilt Mechanism and Modular Design for Optimization and Accessibility

Some info here: https://isef.net/project/etsd021-innovative-vertical-take-off-and-landing-vtol-drone

He attends a private school (2025 tuition $60,000/year) in Greenwich CT (one of the wealthiest communities in the United States). His non-profit has an entire team of young people running the organization – 100% of donations go to helping burn victims. Very impressive.
