The low fertility rate is getting very real for many people.
The leading edge of the smaller youth cohort has already entered college – and many colleges have begun to close too. In another ten years, far more colleges will have closed as the rapidly shrinking youth cohort marches forward.
With AI set to replace many white collar jobs, there may also be a shift to non-college training programs.
