Taylor Swift’s jet emissions row leads to US barring private plane tracking (interestingengineering.com)

The elite telling everyone else to cut their CO2 emissions were caught spewing massive amounts of CO2 as they fly about the world, repeatedly, in their private jets. This was embarrassing so Congress has made it possible for private jet owners to hide their aircraft registration, which could make tracking difficult.

Of course, presumably a network of crowd sourced ADSB receivers could continue to track jets and people could figure out which aircraft is which.
