Hope this works for them. The day I flew out of Santa Ana last summer, the landing gear on an Alaska 737 failed upon landing at SNA – just hours after I departed. The problem was due to a mechanical failure on the aircraft, the crew performed excellently.
Because of where I live, Delta is our #1 preferred airline and Alaska is #2, so I sincerely wish Alaska success in addressing the Boeing quality issues.
