Just 10 days ago, the Oregon Health Authority said that the overwhelming majority of Oregonians have been complying with guidance and doing all the right things.
But since cases are climbing, we go ahead and blame “the people”, again, even though the data shows this is misdirected blame.

Unfortunately, public health mitigation measures failed when hitting the real world. Cases are now ten times higher than before and we’ve been busting our asses the entire time to comply. Now in month 9, its worse than ever.
Public health needs new approaches and ideas, not more of the same 17th century approaches that no longer work.
