World population might already have peaked or be closer to it than we realize.
Median home buyer age is 35 in 2024, up from 31 in 1981. This is due to demographic population distribution - US population median rose from 30 to 38.
Enrollment continues to drop.
Now they blame "chemicals" for the fertility rate decline that has been underway for 200+ years in the U.S.

Generation Beta starts on January 1, 2025. And all of these labels are arbitrary and meaningless.
As someone who had to work from age 10 onward, I was curious about how many others had to do this - and the answer is, not many.
I started working at age 10 (really) and had to pay for all my own college education.
In winter '21/'22 I found only 8% of "Youtube" study abroad videos featured guys; by Nov '22, this was down to just 4%.
