We may need to ration fuel, food, travel, air flights and much more.
The authors propose to limit “long haul flights and intensive farming” and to mandate WW2 style rationing of everything. Their rationing program would need to run for decades and would be controlled by central government technocrats.
The principal author of this academic report is Dr. Nathan Wood. He appears to be from the U.S. BA Philosophy, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, MA Philosophy and Economics, University of Bayreuth, Germany, PhD, Philosophy, Ghent University, Belgium.
