All tax estimates have underlying assumptions. The tax burden for a given individual may be significantly different than that shown in the table depending on the level and sources of income, and whether one owns property or rents. The tables do not take into account local sales and property taxes nor do they appear to take into account “end of life” (estate or inheritance) taxes.
Indeed, the comments are filled with questions about the estimates not agreeing with personal experience.
