Note – that’s 2013-2017. The mix may have changed in 2018-2022. But it seems likely this is a real issue (see other chart in the linked report). And, Gov. Newsom suggests the state may not immediately shut down its last remaining nuclear power plant, which is currently planned for a 2025 shutdown.
