France proposes surcharge on non-EU visitors

Would add an additional fee to visitors from outside the EU, when visiting French museums and other venues: British tourists face surcharge to enter Louvre and other top French attractions because they’re not in EU

Americans will also be charged a new security fee for visiting EU countries (the U.S. already charges others for a security fee).
