Are “Group tours” worth it?
Should you take an organized group travel program, or should you plan and travel by yourself?
There are pros and cons to each. Personally, for reasons I explain here, I’d prefer to travel on my (or our) own and not as part of a group. But I am now rethinking this due to world chaos and the desire to simplify my first travels by outsourcing the planning, coordination and “fix ups” to someone else, if things go wrong.
