Probably good advice for most."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Business Insider has tons of stories about &#8220;ordinary Americans&#8221; moving overseas (See Part 1 and Part 2 of the Myth series, in the right column) &#8211; they falsely present the idea that any American can easily move to another country &#8211; while neglecting to note that the majority of those featured in their stories obtained visas through marriage, or already had dual-citizenship, or had a right of descent ancestry immigration privilege.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This story is different: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msn.com\/en-us\/money\/retirement\/i-m-a-boomer-and-will-never-be-able-to-retire-at-62-i-m-already-using-my-social-security-money\/ar-BB1lUxZK?ocid=msedgdhp&amp;pc=ENTPSP&amp;cvid=4feb45ea8f5d4f4badcfafd5edd2ee51&amp;ei=357\">I&#8217;m a boomer and will never be able to retire. At 62, I&#8217;m already using my Social Security money.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The author readily acknowledges having made poor financial decisions in her life &#8211; i<em>ncluding using a retirement fund to, at one point, buy a home in Slovenia.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The story is typical of Insider &#8211; and most American media &#8211; find someone in distress or oppressed (or who thinks they are oppressed or a victim) and create a feature story about them. Unfortunately, this is the doomer media we have today which focuses on negativity, most of the time.
