This of course is blamed on\u00a0&#8220;<em>Americascrumblinginfracture<\/em>&#8220;.<br \/>\nI wonder if\u00a0<em>Crumblingthinkingskills<\/em> might be a problem. These Twitter posts show the <a href=\"https:\/\/coldstreams.com\/social\/2018\/01\/30\/highly-successful-propaganda-operation-concerning-road-and-highway-funding\/\">amazing effectiveness of the ARTBA propaganda campaign!<\/a><br \/>\nWhen even brand new construction fails, its blamed on <em>crumblinginfrastructure<\/em> not being fixed or replaced.
