Today, the most over used word in media is “crisis” – as you’ll see in this post, today, everything is a “crisis”.

Tufekci disseminated significant disinformation throughout the Covid pandemic and was given a prominent platform to do so by the NY Times. Tufekci suggested that misinformation on social media should be censored. If she followed her own rules, the rules she seems to wish imposed on others by the technocratic elite like herself, she should deplatform herself immediately.
Why people no longer trust the police
A legally deaf elderly woman missed a changed gate flight announcement, and after asking several gate agents for assistance, one calls the police. The police then arrest and handcuff her and take her to jail (in a wheelchair). In the jail, she is beaten by a jailer, her arm broken, and she is denied access to healthcare. 3 days later, she is released and undergoes surgery. The DA dropped all charges. Hopefully she sues the bastards back to the stone age. This, though, is why so many today are terrified of the police.

Using a survey that doesn’t measure happiness, the survey proclaims – every year – the same Nordic countries as the world’s happiest. That’s because the metrics they use define happiness as living in a Nordic country! But again, don’t measure anyone’s happiness. And every year, the media twits fall for this survey.
