Social media and the media coverage destroyed both of them. They lost their jobs. She’s been declared unemployable since then.

Follow up: Both were already separated from their spouses at the time. In her case, she says it was an amicable separation, and her soon to be former husband was also at the concert with his own date. The ex-CEO Byron, and his wife, who had been living apart, have reportedly reconciled and are back together.

This was a bit of disaster showing how media and social media can misrepresent a situation that then spirals into the danger zone on social media.
