If you have a Meta Quest VR headset, you just need to run the Instagram app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don&#8217;t have the Meta Quest VR headset, then buy one!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have not yet uploaded content specifically to take advantage of this but I understand the conversion is automatic, provide it is a sufficiently high resolution video.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Instagram app, when used in the Meta Quest VR headset, does very good, automatic 2D to 3D conversion of still photos and videos.
