How to erase all trust in public health and pharma using this one weird trick:

Some vaccine advisers to the federal government say they’re “disappointed” and “angry” that government scientists and the pharmaceutical company Moderna didn’t present a set of infection data on the company’s new Covid-19 booster during meetings last year when the advisers discussed whether the shot should be authorized and made available to the public.

That data suggested the possibility that the updated booster might not be any more effective at preventing Covid-19 infections than the original shots.

Bivalent Covid-19 Vaccines — A Cautionary Tale | NEJM

I had 3 Pfizer shots, was scheduled to take the 4th when I contracted hepatitis and had to cancel the 4th shot appointment. A month later I had Covid, likely BA.2 variant. Perhaps because of the vaccinations, my symptoms were incredibly mild (2-3 days headache, fatigue, very slight runny nose and slight cough for 2 weeks).

I was then advised to wait six months before seeking the 4th booster; by then, the new bivalent booster would be available. However, at this point, I have no plans to get the bivalent booster. 3 Pfizer shots + Covid-19 seems to provide immunity on par with or better than an additional shot, at this time. Related: No one knows how I got hepatitis – but public health stopped doing food service inspections for 2 1/2 year and only restarted inspections, literally, the day I had first symptoms.
