I visited this park often as a child, and have been back as an adult several times. Have cross country skied in the park. Perhaps my favorite national park. Have hiked to Bumpass Hell from the “Back side” (not how most people do it). Have hiked Warner Valley (since burned in this fire). Have hiked to the summit of Lassen Peak. Caught my first trout in Reflection Lake. Have camped at and hiked all round the area of Butte Lake.
