But mathematically, this cannot be met: “Biden has a plan to address COVID-19 disparities.”

Yet they designed a system that mandates inequitable distribution by sex and race:

An equitable pandemic strategy will require expansive relationships with state officials and local communities to root out racism and inequities in coronavirus-specific treatments and in government systems overall, they argued.

They have first doses go to HCWs (which are predominately white females), teachers (predominantly white females), and the elderly (56% above age 65 are female). As a consequence, about 63% of those vaccinated so far are female (mostly white) and 37% are male.

They selected conflicting goals (HCWs, teachers, elderly) and “equity” by race (and presumably sex). But because of the large demographic issues in these groups, it is mathematically impossible to meet both major goals. Only when vaccines are made available to a wider community will this inequity have the potential to even out.

I have explained that here and also follow the link at the end.
