Covid: Oxford University Covid-19 government policy tracking

Oxford’s School of Government is tracking government Covid-19 policy responses and will eventually evaluate what works and what does not work.

Governments are taking a wide range of measures in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. This tool aims to track and compare policy responses around the world, rigorously and consistently.

As noted on this blog, papers published in 2006, and then a massive review by WHO, published in October 2019, found that most public health mitigation measures do not work. In 6 to 12 months, we may finally have a better handle on what measures are working – or not working.
